I guess I would think it was strict too, if it were other GIRLS telling me what I should and sould not wear, but it isn't. These are guys, telling us exactly how they feel and ways that we can help them. To me that is our job in life anyway, and how much easier it is when we have a "handbook" to go by!
You know, there is no better way to learn something then straight from the horses mouth. I personally thought it nice for once to see things so blunt. I think it's very much an eye opener for girls on how guys see things. I mean some thing are just common sense sure, but there were a couple of things I just never would have guessed would be a problem to most guys. Its really made me think.
I think we, as girls, can learn from this not necessarily for the do's and don'ts but more for our heart attitude concerning modesty. It is very apparent that the most important thing these guys want to see in a girl is a modest attitude and the way she dresses should portray that attitude.
I guess I don't see how "strict" comes into play. How can a survey be strict? When you are talking about guys giving their feedback on what causes them trouble, how can strict apply?
Maybe you mean it would seem too strict if girls dressed the way most of these guys are saying they would like them to dress?
I'm not being snotty (it's hard to tell in writing sometimes). I really am curious. I would like to understand an opinion that differs with me on this subject.
I don't quite get what you mean by a 'little strict'. This is written by all guys and is simply how they think in all honesty. Maybe I misunderstood you, but how can it be "too" strict if it's the truth? If is't how they think, it's how they think. Shield Maiden
Personally, I didn't find a ton that I didn't already know by common sense, but there were a few things that surprised me like the sheer layers. My personal opinion is that I'll stick to wait my dad says is OK and not OK. Silverstar
O.K., This really did make me think(A little odd for me, don't you think:) I was very surprised at the clothing that caused some of these young men problems. Many of them I would never have thought of, but I am very thankful that I now know of them. It may be blunt, but girls, don't cause your brothers in Christ to sin because of what you might be wearing. Ice Diamond
